Chemical dependency
Individual counseling, substance specific therapy. Our chemical dependency counseling is nonjudgmental, each treatment plan is developed with the client to maximize a positive outcome in their recovery.
Anxiety
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) has been determined to help those who are suffering from the symptoms of anxiety. Patients and therapists both appreciate the tendency of how brief CBT can be compared to some other approaches. We help you uncover the reasons for your worry, and offer new ways to make changes in how you manage your stressors.
Depression
At Soulace our goal is to help you work towards real results and peace of mind. Our role is to help to you improve how you feel, overcome problems, and achieve your goals, all without long-term counseling.
